Operating principle

The horizontal filter is a horizontal vessel with a removable cover. Tightness of the tank is provided by means of a bayonet shutter (the cover is pressed by a ring by means of two hydraulic cylinders of the shutter). Also the hydraulic cylinder helps to take away a cover of the body.

Inside the horizontal body of the filter there are filter elements – vertical filter plates installed. Filter plates consist of 5 layers of steel mesh: 1 layer of frame mesh, 2 layers of backing mesh and 2 layers of filter mesh.
